Day 15 - Raw Food Diet

Breakfast:
Smoothie (500ml): 1 banana (29p), 3 lettuce leaves (24p), 2 tbsp goji berries (42p), 3 small broccoli florets (15p), 1 teasp coconut oil (17p), 1 tbsp linseeds (12p).

Lunch:
Smoothie: 2 large kale leaves (15p), 1 tbsp hemp seeds (13p), 1 tbsp linseeds (12p), a piece of ginger (4p), 2 dates (14p), a carrot (8p), 1 tbsp coconut oil (17p), 2 broccoli florets (10p).
COST: 93p

Snacks:
1/2 bag of cashew and raisin mix (90p), 1 green tea (free at work), an apple (50p), tap water.
COST: £1.40

Dinner:
- Salad: 3 lettuce leaves (24p), a carrot (8p), 1 stalk celery (11p), 1/4 tomato (4p), 1/2 avocado (30p), 1/4 ear of corn (13p).
- Salad dressing: 1 apple (40p), 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil (66p), 2 tbsp curry (4p), pink Himalayan salt (2p), cayenne pepper (2p), soya sauce (3p).
- One glass of home-made water kefir (20p).
COST: £2.27

Lunch:
- Smoothie: 1.5 kale leaves (11p), banana (29p), 2 tbsp goji berries (42p), 1 tsp coconut oil (17p), 1 tbsp cacao nibs (11p), 1.5 celery stalks (17p), 1 tbsp hemp seeds (13p).
COST: £1.40

Snacks:
1/2 bag of cashew nut and raisin mix (90p), an apple (50p).
COST: £1.40

Dinner:
Nori rolls (£3.12)

Evening:
One glass of home-made water kefir (20p).

Thursday

Lunch:
Smoothie: 1 banana (29p), a kale leaf (8p), 1/2 apple (20p), 1 teasp coconut oil (17p), 1 tbsp linseeds (12p), 1 tbsp goji berries (21p), 2 tbsp broccoli florets (10p), water.

Snack:
2 green teas (free at work), 1 fennel tea (free at work), 1 bag of cashew nut and raisin mix (1.79), 1 bag of dried apricots (1.55).

Dinner (at 10pm):
Raw pasta dish: 1 grated courgette (zucchini) (29p), 2 cups of cherry tomatoes (1.40), 1/2 lemon (12p), 8 dates (56p), oregano (3p), thyme (3p), fresh rosemary (free from a friend's garden), cayenne pepper (2p), 1/2 cup olive oil (63p), pink Himalayan salt (2p).
