This can be a serious condition and at some point there sadly may be no cure. However, sufficient levels of iodine are important to protect against radiation, and chlorella, a type of seaweed, has been shown to have powerful protective and cleansing properties against radiation. In addition, Dr. Teruo Higa, claims to have bred bacteria which can eat and neutralize radiation in his books.

Red eyes can be caused by an irritant in the air or in the eye, allergy, injury, or a specific condition of the eye. Have your eyes checked by a specialist doctor first of all. Sometimes you will need glasses to reduce strain to the eyes.
On the other hand, red eyes can also be caused by more holistic problems of the body. In my case, dehydration was the culprit, even though I was drinking lots of water. The reason I was dehydrated was either due to 1) eating too much fiber which my body found difficult to digest or 2) liver weakness, as suggested by the Chinese doctor, which in turn (she suggested) was linked to negative emotions that I was carrying.
Eyes are also linked to ears, nose and throat, so if you have problems with these areas - e.g. constantly stuffy nose - there may be a linked infection or allergy-related problem, etc. Try to make sure these areas are clear of mucus and in good health, as they may also affect the appearance of your eyes.
I have found out that I get restless legs when I am dehydrated, for example if I have drunken alcohol or am flying in an airplane. I especially get this when sleeping, and it is worse if my feet are too hot. Walking outside on cold ground or putting cold water on the feet in the shower helps quite quickly and allows me to go back to sleep. Sometimes I also have to switch to a lighter (less warm) cover before I can sleep.
Natural health remedy for restless feet:
- Stay well hydrated (long- and short-term).
- Avoid dehydrating foods and drinks like sugar, alcohol, caffeine, etc. (long- and short-term).
- Ensure that your sleeping environment and your covers are not too warm.
- Cool the feet down with cold water or by walking on a cold surface.

Please note also that a mycoplasma infection may underlie rheumatoid arthritis.
Ann Marie Michaels, writing on Cheeseslave.com, says that she reversed her rheumatoid arthritis when she realized that the problem was her immune system, and specifically 'leaky gut syndrome'. In addition to arthritis, she also had chronic fatigue, chronic sinus infections, seasonal allergies and chemical sensitivities. Her opinion is that leaky gut affects most people with rheumatoid arthritis, as well as those with ADHD, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, and asthma. You can read her article here.
One method I have heard from others that works as a natural remedy for runny nose is to wrap a thin cloth with pieces of onion inside it around your neck and leave it on overnight. Additionally, onion pieces inside socks on your feet can help as well.
For a long-term solution it is important to rule out food intolerances and allergies. Of course runny nose is also a classic symptom of common cold. Strengthening the immune system generally is beneficial.
