Magnesium deficiency may be involved in calcification, as well as intake of bad form of calcium (some supplements, some tap water (limescale), etc.) According to Dr. Garbiel Cousens (raw foodist), general mineral deficiency (not just calcium deficiency) and the resulting acidity are linked to calcium deficiency - which in turn is linked to kidney stones, weak bones, heart disease, etc. Read more here: Calcium Deficiency Symptoms
Therefore you want good calcium in the body, e.g. from green juices, some supplements may be ok also, and you want to avoid bad calcium. Additionally, you have to make sure that the body can utilise the calcium properly, by ensuring that you eat mineral-rich food and mineralize in other ways (e.g. by swimming in the sea), and by staying alkaline. There is much hope in a 'spontaneous remission' from cancer when you support your body in its healing. It is illegal to say 'cure cancer' so that's why you almost never hear it. A book summary of Jeffrey McCombs' 'Lifeforce Plan' gives plenty of important information on candida and its treatment. It also explains the difference between candida in yeast form and the mycelial form of candida which is able to penetrate into the blood stream and access the whole body. A myriad of health conditions may have candida as an underlying cause as is explained in the article linked to above.
A testimonial on Curezone.org reports that zinc deficiency caused low hydrochloric acid in the stomach, which in turn caused candida. This person reports that without zinc you cannot make enough stomach acid, so the food 'ferments' instead of being digested normally. But you can't absorb zinc without adequate stomach acid so it's a vicious circle. He/she took both zinc and beta hydrochloride for one month and the candida never returned. (Note: Research the hydrochloric acid before taking it - as supplementing with it can be harmful as well. Definitely don't rely on it long term but try to get your stomach to produce more stomach acid naturally.)

I felt great after the four-month diet but left out taking the probiotics in the end because I ran out of money. Years later, in Dec 2016 I went for an electrical food intolerance test (BER machine), where the strength of the body meridian is measured while different substances are placed in the circuit. (It is a technique that combines principles of kinesiology and acupuncture.) The diagnosis was that the candida was back and quite strong. Therefore I am now commencing the candida diet again, using a combination of antifungals: undecenoic acid from castor beans and oregano oil; together with blood electrification and following the McCombs Plan diet recommendations. In addition I am cutting out foods that I've been diagnosed intolerant of, e.g. belladonna/ nigthshade plants, yeast, mushrooms, sugar, alcohol, oranges, melons, alcohol, dairy, etc. Further details to follow soon.
Dr McCombs Candida Diet relies on a specific no-sugar diet, undecenoic acid supplements to kill the candida, probiotics to build the gut flora back, and megadoses of C-vitamin with bioflavonoids to ease detoxification.
Note that candida overgrowth seems to be closely linked with leaky gut syndrome.
Some sources suggest to take L-glutathione to heal the gut lining, 2-5g x2 per day.

Carbohydrate sensitivity and sugar sensitivity are interchangable terms, because carbohydrates act like sugars in the body, in fact they ARE sugars, even if they don't taste as sweet.
I became very sensitive to carbohydrates at some point, which may have been because I was doing many low-carb trials. I don't recommend these, as I kept losing energy. I now believe that carbohydrates are an important energy source for the human body. My carbohydrate sensitivity was cleared when I managed to partly clear the aspergillus infection from my lungs and sinuses. One cause of sugar/ carb intolerance may therefore be an infection/ parasite/ yeast/ fungus or mold in the body, since all these thrive on sugar.
Quite often sugar addiction/ carbohydrate sensitivity is linked to a problem of yeast overgrowth (e.g. candida), mold infection, another infection or parasite problem. Parasites in the body thrive on sugar and have developed chemicals which cause sugar cravings, to try to force you to feed them. Alcoholism may also be a carbohydrate sensitivity -related problem.
Note: Starches may be even worse than simple sugars for carbohydrate sensitive people, especially if you suffer from IBS, bloatedness, or inflammation: "Is Starch Worse for Your Health Than Sugar?"

According to Dr. Joel Wallach and Dr. Gabriel Cousens, cardiovascular disease is often linked to copper deficiency, which is an important nutrient for the elasticity both blood veins, skin and other body tissues. Copper deficiency is a slightly complex problem to understand, because there are good and bad forms of copper. You need the good form of copper and you want to avoid the bad forms, e.g. from copper pipes. There is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol, and there is plenty of research to suggest that even any type of cholesterol in itself is not a problem or a risk factor for heart disease. More information in 'the Great Cholesterol Con' (book) by Dr. Malcolm Kendrick. From the book summary on Amazon:
"...high cholesterol levels don't cause heart disease; a high fat diet - saturated or otherwise - does not affect blood cholesterol levels; and, the protection provided by statins is so small as to not be worth bothering about for most men and all women."

Surefoodliving.com reports that the symptoms of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and gluten intolerance can be surprisingly similar, and suggests/ implies that all of these conditions may be caused by wheat and/or gluten. One of the many treatment agents/ preservatives, etc., may be the cause if you find that not all bread causes symptoms but you feel better when avoiding all grains (and processed foods).
Sugar-free diet has been reported to help with chronic fatigue syndrome and there have also been reports of a raw food diet helping.
Please read: natural health remedy for intestinal dysbiosis. This has been said to typically underlie the chronic fatigue syndrome. Intestinal dysbiosis may in turn be caused by and/or linked with systemic candiasis (candida overgrowth).

Hannu Kantola explains in this article that the intake of natural rock salt (such as pink Himalayan salt) is helpful to relieve chronic fatigue symptoms. According to him, it is possible to be deficient in good quality natural salt even if your intake of chemical table salt, which is toxic, is high. This is because most table salts out there are chemical and dangerous whereas natural salts can be good for you, depending on how big need for sodium (salt, the mineral) your body has.
Dr. Mercola recommends ozone therapies for chronic fatigue syndrome. (6)
"Chronic fatigue has many possible causes: infection by viruses, fungi, yeasts, or bacteria, as well as allergies. All of these lower immune status. Besides improving nutrition overall, especially by improving digestion and immune support, there are foods to avoid.
"Hard and altered fats interfere with oxidation and lower metabolic rate. Processed, nutrient-poor foods increase bug growth because they provide too many calories but too few essential nutrients. Processing also destroys enzymes that help digest the (raw) foods that contain them. Toxins that interfere with oxidation and immune function should be avoided. Foods that produce allergic responses must be better digested or avoided.

I started using blood electrification as advised by Bob Beck in the year 2008 and have not had a cold since, apart from once when I had the swine flu, which healed quickly, and once when I chose not to use blood electrification but to let the cold run its course. You can order this machine from Sota Instruments in Canada, or their distributors in other countries.
Additionally, generally strengthening the immune system through antioxidants, proper hydration, high micronutrient food, exercise and detoxification has been shown in some people to completely prevent colds.
Frequent colds may be caused by a systemic candida infection.

This may be due to many different reasons, e.g. systemic candida overgrowth, allergies, food intolerances. It may also be a sign of more serious problems so see your doctor first before attempting self-treatment, to be safe.

The most-often stated cause of constipation is too little fiber in the diet. Other causes may be food allergies/ intolerances, dehydration, stress, fatigue, chemicals in foods, overeating, antibiotics, medicines, drugs, magnesium deficiency, improper bowel flora (dysbiosis), chronic infections (viral, fungal, etc.). Jeffrey McCombs explains that systemic candida overgrowth can cause constipation.
Note that although constipation can sometimes be relieved by enemas, they have been reported to not be safe for those with chronic constipation or otherwise compromised gut health.
Jeffrey McCombs, a chiropractor and a candida expert explains that trace minerals, magnesium, a herbal colon cleanser, psyllium, or similar can be used to get the bowels moving IF you have less than 3-4 bowel movements per day - which according to Jeff McCombs is the normal amount. Dr. Lawrence Wilson thinks that one bowel movement can be normal, and occasionally even less. The Western medical system in general seems to define constipation as a bowel movement every 3-4 days or less often, combined with hard, difficult to pass stools.
Coffee is also typically used as a laxative and there are powerful laxatives that if taken, should be used with care, such as senna leaf tea and prune juice.
Dr. Lawrence Wilson recommends avoiding purges, laxatives, or other methods of speeding up bowel transit time because according to him slow bowel movements mean that your body's digestion is slugghish and a longer transit time is needed. He adds that constipation can also be caused by aluminium toxicity, emotional imbalances, hurried lifestyles, and stress on the body from electricity & mobile phones. He also says that constipation is often linked with exhausted sympathetic nervous system and slow oxidation.
On the other hand, if one is feeling very blocked and experiencing other problems caused by constipation, natural laxatives would seem a sensible choice, if your doctor deems it safe. Keep in mind that laxatives have been reported to irritate the intestines and the stomach lining. In any case, it is most important to address the possible root causes of constipation, as listed above.
The 'Fiber Menace' book by Konstantin Monastyrsky, whose summary is available on gutsense.org, advices against eating fiber if you have constipation, diarrhea, gas/ flatulence, abdominal bloating, IBS, inflammation of the gut, dysbiosis or any other problems with the gut. His opinion is that fiber can cause many problems in the body - especially in the intestines, because it scratches the intestinal walls, creates blocks (constipation), and draws water out of the body.
My thinking is that fiber should be eaten in moderation, especially since my body seems to have a problem trying to digest huge salads. Many people with high refined-food and high-animal-product diets probably get too little fiber, whereas those on raw foods may get more than their body can handle. Monitor how your body feels and reacts after eating fibrous foods.
I don't agree with the extreme approach of the 'fiber menace', although I did find it an interesting read. A further report on my thinking on fiber is here: "Fiber Can Cause Dehydration, Digestive Problems", where I suggest that we do need fiber but too large quantities can create problems - at least for some people. I am interested in finding out whether there are ways that we can improve our ability to digest and get nutrients out of fiber-rich foods.
Natural health remedy for copper toxicity
Note, you may be copper deficient as well, and symptoms can sometimes be similar to copper toxicity: Hyperthyroidism Caused by Copper Deficiency?
A cough can be caused by many things: something you inhaled, e.g. polluted air, cigarette smoke, or it can be caused by a cold, a minor infection or a serious infection, an allergy, food intolerance, asthma and various other diseases. First see the doctor if you are worried that your cough has lasted too long, is severe, or causes or is linked with other worrisome symptoms.
A cough can also be a sign of your lungs cleansing themselves, as is in the case of a smokers cough. Also, if you quit dairy or other mucus-causing foods, you may experience a cough as a result of mucus being expelled from the lungs.
Some people who live in big cities or other polluted places may after a while develop a cough, such as the notorious "London cough".
Cough can be digestion related and can with many people be the only symptom of acid reflux.
Even if no acute infection is found by doctors, a cough can still be a sign of a systemic (stealth) infection with parasitic organisms causing respiratory problems. These are more difficult to diagnose. They can be caused by molds, viruses, bacteria or other parasitic organisms. See the information here: parasites, for ways to eliminate these problems.
So, the key is to run experiments and find out what the cause of your cough is. Use the 'pulse test' to test for any food intolerances at home for free; stop smoking for a while; eliminate alcohol, dairy, sugar, starches and chemical additives from your diet at least for two weeks and see if there is an improvement; try digestive enzymes before each meal; take a holiday out of the city; and before any of this, visit a doctor to test for asthma, infections, problems with the lungs, etc.
The raw food diet and general clean living can go a long way towards eliminating a cough.
Note that sometimes a cough can also be a sign of nervousness, "a tic" or a compulsive habit.
According to traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Indian medicine (ayurveda), some people's body type is naturally "cold and damp", which means that they get mucus congestion more easily than others. For such people it is important to stay warm and increase the production of 'warm' energies in the body through food, certain herbs, exercise, etc. (You may wish to research 'yang deficiency'.)
